Shipping policy

All orders will have the option of free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. This service has a standard delivery time of 3-7 business days and is not available to residents of Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to PO Box addresses. In some cases, the product(s) may be shipped separately. During peak seasons or shortages of supply, there may be a delay in the delivery of the product(s).

For special delivery arrangements and locations outside of the United States, please contact us at info@hiowltra.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Customers are responsible for import customs taxes and duties. If for any reason, the customer refuses to pay for the import taxes and duties, we cannot issue you a refund for your order.
